The product will be delivered- exclusively through an express carrier -to the address specified by the client. The delivery will be carried out roughly within 2-4 working days from the date of order confirmation. SEEDS – Manufacture Clothing Knitwear won’t be in any way responsible for possible delays. The delivery will be carried out inside the Italian territory for the price of €6,00, while in the EU countries for the price of €15,00. No costs will be applied for orders exceeding € 100.
The payment could be carried out with the following modality:

- Bank transfer to Manifattura abbigliamento maglieria SAS Unicredit IT30P 0200822300 0000 40142333 . It is preferable, for Swiss clients, to carry out the payment through Paypal, since additional costs are applied, at our expense, if it is chosen the bank transfer modality.
The product purchase is subject to the D.Lgs.n. Guideline. . 206/2005 (consumer code) on sale contracts and on warranties concering consumer goods and/or specific provisions laid down by the Civil Code. The warranty covers a product presenting conformity defects and cannot be invoked in case of negligence and/or neglect in the usage and/or maintenance of the product.

The purchase on the website seedsonweb.it must be done exclusively by legal age individuals.
The right of withdrawal and of product return must be solely signed by legal age individuals.
The contracts are intended as stipulated in Italy and are subject to the Italian law.
Refunds and returns
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unworn for change or refund within 10 days from consignment.
To request the return authorization, it is required to send a request to the email address email@example.com within 10 days from the reception of the order.
In the e-mail it must be specified the names of the articles that you intend to return or replace and the reason why: ex. I don’t like it, wrong size…
Once we receive the return request, an email will be sent to the Client with the confirmation.
The return will be carried out through our carrier and the transportation will be borne by the customer.
The garments must be unworn, unwashed or unaltered and must not display any sign of usury.
Every garment must be returned inclusive of all its tags and original packaging received together with the order.
The client could ask for product replacement within 10 days form its consignment. The product for which is requested a replacement must be intact and with its original packaging. The product could be replaced with another one for an amount equal or greater ( by integrating the price difference). The cost of delivery for the replaced garment will be charged as follows: € 6,00 for Italy, € 15,00 for EU countries.
